Refund & Return Policy

This policy applies to all digital products, services, and spiritual offerings purchased through this website (“Site”).
 

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Due to the digital and energetic nature of the work offered on this Site, all purchases are final and non-refundable. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and accept that:

• No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be granted under any circumstance

• This applies to personal readings, digital downloads, recorded audio content, and all spiritual tools

• You are responsible for reviewing product descriptions, delivery timelines, and all terms before purchase
   

Why All Sales Are Final

Each offering is either:

• Delivered digitally and cannot be “returned,” OR

• Energetically attuned and prepared in response to your spiritual needs

As such, these products are not eligible for reversal, resale, or redistribution once delivered.

Video content is time-sensitive and delivered via secured links.
Access is valid for 72 hours from the time of delivery. Content not viewed within the access window will not be resent or refunded.

Delivery Issues

If you did not receive your file(s), please:

• Check your spam or promotions folders

• Verify the email you entered at checkout

• Contact us through the contact form within 3 business days of purchase

We will gladly assist with any technical issues. However, non-delivery due to email input errors or user-side spam filters does not constitute grounds for a refund.
 

Chargeback Policy

Any attempt to dispute a valid charge via PayPal, your bank, or another platform—without first contacting us—violates the terms agreed upon at purchase.
Chargebacks will be contested with documentation and may result in permanent loss of access to future offerings.
 

Discretionary Refunds

On rare occasions and at the sole discretion of the Site operator, a refund may be offered under exceptional circumstances. This is not a guarantee and is reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
